While my ISP provides newsgroups and alt.guitar.beginner
I only receive about 1 post in 10-20 posts for some
reason. So I have to cut and paste out of google groups
to be part of a discussion.

I wonder if a dedicated news server would provide any
better coverage. Is it a case that posts from within
google groups are not relayed to the outside world ?
