Subject: I found a guitar in my closet

I was cleaning out the closet behind my studio yesterday, and I saw a
ratty old guitar case. I opened it up, and there was a hollow body
electric guitar with sunburst finish. Its brand is Encore. I assume
it's a cheapo?
Anyway, I have absolutely no recollection of where it came from. It
had to be from my college band days, so 20 years or so.
Incredibly, 4 of the strings were in perfect tune!
