This is a problem for me. I have a low voice so if I capo to a
comfortable range it will be with me singing an octave lower. This
doesn't sound all that great, especially for pop music.

Maybe I should get myself a baritone guitar. I just read that they
come in different sizes with one being a full octave lower.
