But didn't this happen to just about anyone that came up
with a new way of doing things ? Every new genre starts
off by someone (or band) doing something different which
is then scorned by all the established musicians but loved
by the general population. And by those (probably younger)
musicians that are flexible enough to see the good in the
new music. Then the old musicians either start adopting
the new ways themselves or fade into obsolescence.
